Abstract
Objective To conclude the experience of Radiofrequency ablation for atrioventricular accessory pathway.Methods cardiac electrophysiology examination carried out simultaneously with radiofrequency ablation.Results Of 40 patents,24 cases were left lateral accessory atrioventricular pathway(LAP),ablation success rate was 100%;16 cases were right lateral accessory atrioventricular pathway(RAP),ablation success rate of 69%,ablation of 5 patients were not successful,among whom 3 were His pathway,1 right rear lateral accessory atrioventricular pathway and 1 right interval pathway.Total success rate were 88%.1 patient experienced transient operation one atrioventricular block,and no other complications occurred.Conclusion Accurate mapping target map is a prerequisite for successful ablation.RFCA success rate of right lateral accessory atrioventricular pathway(RAP),due to the the particularity of anatomic site,is lower than the left.
