On the Balance of Interests in Copyright

Abstract

The balance of interests is a forever hot topic of copyright law.Traditional media can keep a delicate balance of interests between the witer and the public.In the circumstance of mordern media,the tradtional balance cannot exsist,in order to maitain a new balance,the paper suggests three approaches:reconciliation between the writer and the public,the restriction and expansion of copyright,the relationship between the writers,and the monopoly in information and information-sharing.
