Abstract

Due to the differences in natural resources and development strategies,the industrial development levels vary from city to city and from district to district in Henan Province.The paper conducts a comprehensive appraisal of the industrial development levels among 18 cities or districts there based on their industrial data in recent years with the method of grey cluster in the hope of providing reasonable foundation for working out appropriate policies for further development.
