Abstract

Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of CD147 in ovarian endometriosis and adenomyosis. Methods Immunohistochemistry methods was employed to detect the expression of CD147 in the ectopic and eutopic endometrium of the patients(45 cases) with endometrisis and adenomyosis, and in the normal endometrium(33cases) in the control group. Results The expression of CD147 in the ectopic endometrium of ovarian endometriosis and adenomyosis was no difference(P0.05).There was significant difference to ectopic endimetrium and eutopic endimetrium(P0.05) and there was significant difference between the study group and control group(P0.05).Conclusion The increasing expression of CD147 may play the key role in occurrence of endometriosis and adenomyosis.
