The Removal of Mulitiple Hysteromyoma by Celioscope A Report of Sixty Cases

Objective:To explore the indication,stanching in operation an d process characteristics of the different hysteromyoma parts for celioscopic th erapy of multiple hysteromyoma.Methods:Sixty cases treated with celioscope were reviewed retrospectively.Results:All 60 patients underwent celioscopic operation and one of them was quickly diagnosed as high differentiated leiomyosarcoma and was offered an unclosing abdomen and wide hysterectomy at once.The average blee ding amount during the celioscopic operation was(91.21±99.31)ml.The average hospitalization days after operation were 5.Conclusion:Through some good cases,f or the hysteromyoma removal under celioscope ,several virtues are obtained when electrotomy:dissociation and suture are respectively applyied in subserous myoma between myoma paries,and in broad ligament myoma.These virtues are safety,credi bility,little bleeding,recover fast after opration.
