Abstract
This paper illustrates the fact that professional degree is the main symbol of degree modernization from the perspective of historical evolution of degree social functions.Then,it analyzes the main problems and causes that professional degree at home and abroad confronts in the process of modern development from the angle of interactive development of postgraduate education and the society.In the end,the paper puts forward principles to solve the problems in the development of professional degree.
