Abstract

Drought tolerance of six cool-season turfgrass varieties(in three species) were tested by comparing their growth performance and physiological parameters under different consistency PEG-6000 solutions. The result showed that the variety Plantation of tall fescue showed the best performance and the highest CAT activity under the stress, which indicated that the variety has stronger drought tolerance than others.
