Abstract
The main causes of credit default are enterprises' lack of credit view,inperfect credit construction and credit mechnism during the turn period of China.So we must strengthen enterprises' credit system construction from the aspects of bettering legal rules,reinforcing government's credit,establishing credit system and impvoving credit awareness.
