Abstract
In order to investgate the effects of salicylic acid(SA) on seed germination and seedling growth under NaCl stress,we took lettuce(Lactuca sativa L.cv.Taiwan xiuqiu) seeds as experiment material. The results showed that 0.1~0.5 mmol/L SA could increase the quantity, speed, quality of lettuce seed germination,as well as promote seedling growth under 150 mmol/L NaCl stress. The optimum treatment concentration of SA was 0.25 mmol/L.
