On The Types of Subjective Fault in Britain Criminal Law and Its Inspiration to Chinese Criminal Law

Abstract

There are three types of subjective in Britain Criminal law,which are intention,recklessness and negligence. On one hand,the division of intention and negligence in England has shown the essence of the two.This will guide the theory of fault in Chinese Criminal Law.On the other hand,that theory in England roots in juridical practice, which makes it easy to operate.So the common words in Britain theory,which is closely linked with suit,will he significant to us.
