Abstract
Alcohol reflux extraction was used to extracting effective components in Chrysanthemum coronarium. Optimum extraction parameters were screened in a 4×3 factorial experiment design. It can be concluded from the range R value analysis that primary and secondary order was ethanol concentrationextraction temperature extraction time the ratio of solid to liquid. According to the extracting rate ,the best extracting technology of the effective component in Chrysanthemum coronarium was as following:ethanol concentration 55%,extraction temperature 95 ℃,extraction time 2 h,ratio of solid to liquid 1∶8 in this experiment.
