Observation on the Diagnosis of 116 Cases of Deep Vein Thrombosis in Lower Extremity by Color Doppler

Abstract

Objective: To discuss the value of color Doppler in the diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis in lower extremity.Methods: We analysed and discussed the practical value of this instrument through the observation on diagnosis and curative effect of 116 patients with deep vein thrombosis.Results:Color Doppler showed that the venous lumen decreased and the blood resumed to flow smoothly after one-week anticoagulant therapy and thrombolytic therapy.Conclusion: Color Doppler is an early,noninvasive and sensitive examination method for the diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis in lower extremity.
