Abstract

Huangguan,Cuiguan,Xizilv,Housui,Wonhwang,Aigansui,Annong No.1,Jinshui No.1 and Jinshui No.2 were used as cross pollinators of the new pear strain '98-3'.The characters of blooming period,amount of pollen,pollen vitality,fruit setting percentage and fruit quality were analyzed and compared.The results showed that Annong No.1,Xizilv,Jinshui No.2,Cuiguan and Wonhwang were appropriate pollination cultivars for the new strain '98-3'.
