Introduction to an Efficient Technology Management Method——Technology Roadmapping

Managing technology efficiently is a big challenge, so in this paper, an effective method of technology management, called Technology Roadmapping, is introduced. Firstly, technology roadmapping is systemically expatiated from the aspects of definition, use, influencing factors and model, etc. Secondly, the applications around the world are described. Finally, considering the situation in China, the potency research and application of technology roadmapping is analyzed. It is believed that technology roadmapping can provide an advanced management mode for the enhancement of technology management level.
