Abstract
Primary liver cancer is a common malignancy in China. The relatively low rate of surgical resection, high recurrence rate, and many tumors to conventional chemotherapy is poor, and poor prognosis, tumor multidrug resistance(MDR)is a key factor in cancer chemotherapy failed.Multidrug resistance associated protein(multidrug-associated protein,MRP)is a mediated multidrug resistance transmembrane transporter protein, can reduce the intracellular drug accumulatin or change the drug distribution within the cell, thus affecting the efficacy of chemotherapy and patients survival. In this paper, the structure and function of MRP expression in normal tissue and liver cells, and multidrug resistance-associated protein MRP resistance mechanisms and resistance reversal and other factors were reviewed,so as to provide a theoretical basis for clinical liver cancer treatment.
