Abstract

Objective:To investigate the duplex sonography of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of lower extremity atherosclerosis. Methods:A retrospective analysis of 89 cases of lower extremity atherosclerotic embolism cases of two-dimensional ultrasound imaging and color Doppler flow imaging changes.Results:Two-dimensional ultrasound images showed changes in blood vessels inside the membrane was irregular thickening of the local spots were strong echoes show that endovascular and, lumen diameter was irregular stenosis, vascular lesion reflect a intracavitary light-filled,color Doppler flow imaging showed no endovascular blood flow signals. Conclusion:The duplex sonography of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans by ultrasound diagnosis of high sensitivity and accuracy.
