Study Progress of Serodiagnostic Method of Hepatic Fibrosis

liver fibrosis is an incomplete reparative process after liver injury,which is not only the most important feature of chronic liver diseases,but also is the necessary pathway to liver fibrosis as well as the important cause resulting in further aggravation.Diagnostic method includes these three method of imaging,pathology and serodiagnosis.Imaging diagnosis only has abnormal image in liver fibrosis of its advanced stage,Although pathological diagnosis is its gold standard,sampling error often results from blindness of liver puncture and nonhomogeneity of liver pathological changes.serodiiagnosis is the method used most widely.This article reviews advantages and disadvantages of serological index of liver fibrosis in the diagnosis of liver fibrosis.
