Abstract

Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria L in urinary infection, and to provide the basis for clinical rational choose of antimicrobial agents. Methods Bacteria culture and drug susceptibility test with K-B method were performed among 188 samples from urinary tract bacteria L infection patients. Results Urinary tract infection with bacteria L was primarily negative bacillus, followed by Gram positive coccus, fungi.Among them,Escherichia coli accounted 37.77%,accounting for 63.39% of gram-negative bacilli;Enterococcus genus accounted for 16.49%,staphylococcus genus accounted for 9.57%,candida genus 8.51%.Antimicrobial susceptibility test showed: urinary tract infection of various pathogenic bacteria L antimicrobial produced different degree of resistance, but gram-positive cocci to vancomycin, most gram-negative bacilli imipenem sensitive to rate of 100.0%,acinetobacter baumannii, crayresearch influenzae to imipenem assumed different degree resistance;produce super broad-spectrum beta-lactamase(ESBLs) escherichia coli detection rate was 28.17%.Conclusion Urinary tract infection with conditions pathogenic bacteria L main and resistant pathogens were relatively serious, effective measures should be taken to control the popular trend of antibiotic resistant bacteria.
