Abstract
Base on the Maxwell equation and the fundamental theory of the FDTD method and matrix operation, the FDTD equations about the electromagnetic field in anisotropic media are obtained. Some results validate feasibility of this algorithm. The FDTD method is employed to calculated the RCS of a conducting cube coated anisotropic media and some valuable conclusion are pointed out.
