Abstract
The different phosphate fertilizer rates were applied to Avena sativa cv. Qingyin No.1 oat to discuss effect of phosphate fertilizer no seed yield and yield characteristics of oat, and their relations had been studied and found out best adaptive phosphate fertilizer rate and given a suggestion to oat grass production of Qinghai Province. It turned out that Avena sativa cv. Qingyin No. 1 oat's maximum number of spikelet, length of inflorescence, seed number per inflorescence were 45.97 Number per spikelet, 23.1 cm, and 92.8 number when phosphate fertilizer rates were 75 kg hm-2, 0 kg hm-2 and 45 kg hm-2 respectively. It's maximum seed weight per inflorescence, 100 - grain weight, length of grain, width of grain seed yield and protein yield were 2.47 g, 32.16 g, 1.474 cm, 0.336 cm, 6285.0 kg hm-2 and 727.2 kg hm-2 respectively when phosphate fertilizer rate was 60 kg hm-2. The seed yield (ys) and phosphate fertilizer lever (P) presented by ys=4502.40- 15.20 P+1.49 P2- 0.014 P3 and the seed yield (ys) and yield characteristics presented by ys=- 11209.87- 14.72 SNs+113.86 Ns+15.27 SNi+192.15 SWi+2329.47 Lg+22067.75 Wg. Avena sativa cv. Qingyin No.1 oat's seed yield was mainly affected by width of grain, number of spikelet and length of grain, while it was indirectly affected by another yield characteristic which affect width of grain.
