Abstract
Polylactic (PLA) microspheres (MS) containing RFP were prepared by an oil-in-water solvent evaporation method. An optimum-formating experiment was designed to analyse the different factors of the microspheres size, recovery rate and encapsulation efficiency. The results showed that the RFP-saturated PVA solution was the continuous phase, and the dispersed phase was PLA (Mr=59 ten thousand) CH2Cl2 solution. Under the following conditions: the rate of drug and PLA was 1∶2; the concentration of PLA was 5%;the concentration of PVA was 08%; the rate of water and oil was 5∶1; the rotating rate was 400 r·min-1; the rather good encapsulation efficiency and particle size microspheres were prepared.
