Abstract

Natural gas is a kind of energies with characteristics of cleaning, low price, high efficiency and scarcity and there are abundant natural gas resources in Sichuan Basin. With 50 years' development in Sichuan Basin, natural gas industry has made significant contributions for Sichuan and Chongqing area in developing economic construction, improving people's living standard, promoting energy saving and emission reduction. It has brought remarkable economical and environmental benefits.
