On the Preventive Measures against Environmental Crime from the Perspective of Harmonious Coexistence

With the rapid development of the global economy,the environmental problem is becoming increasingly serious and consequently the environmental crime is also on the rise,particularly prominent in China which is building a harmonious society and achieving the harmonious development between man and nature.Environmental crimes run counter to this theme;therefore,in this new social situation,Chinese government must take positive and effective preventive measures to curb and combat environmental crimes in order to achieve the common ideals and development goals of the whole human society for harmonious coexistence.
