Abstract

The construction of harmonious society is a requisite at certain stage of market economy.Using the analytical method of pubic economics,this paper is intended to demonstrate that harmonious society is for the good of the public and that social security system is the basis of harmonious society.This paper suggests that social security system should be aimed the majority of the members of society and the vast rural areas.
