Abstract
As the socialist scientific guidance theory with Chinese characteristics, the scientific outlook on development covers the whole social ideological theory on economy, politics, culture, ecology, and other aspects of constructions. Green development concept has an important connotation in the scientific development concept in the socialism with Chinese characteristics, and the green economic concept and green development concept begin to be cared gradually today. The analysis on the scientific development concept,people-oriented, sustainable development and overall consideration method is helpful for the healthy and harmonious development by the green development concept.
