Abstract

Employment difficulty for college graduates is a major problem in current socioty and it can affect social steadiness and harmony.There are many causes that lead to the employment difficulty,among which employment psychological problem is a typical one.In the practice,it is necessary to take measures to improve the psychological quality of graduates to overcome the employment difficulty and promote the successful employment.
