Abstract

This paper will probe into the posture of practical lawmaking and the scholars' will by the comparatively researching on the newly Disposal Statute on the Medical Accident and the Part of Tort in the Instance Draft of the Civil Code of China. We hope that we can bring forward some useful suggestion in the medical accident to the draft of the Civil Code of China.
