Abstract

With Licor-6400,photosynthetic characteristics in leaves of Taxus chinensis var.mairei were studied,the result showed that: the light compensation point(PLC),light saturation point(PLS),and maximun net photosynthetic rate(AMAX) were 87~44.8,1 000~1 999 μ mol /m2·s and 1.32~3.00 μ mol/m2·s,respectively,which be close to the photosynthetic characteristics of shade-tolerant light loving plants.The value of chlorophyll a,b,(a+b),a/b and chlorophyll contents of seedlings of T.chinensis var.mairei in different growth period,have prominence differences.The value of chlorophyll a/b increased with the increase in age of seedlings,the value of chlorophyll b increased with the increase in age of seedlings.The change of chlorophyll b contents was analyzed and the photosynthetic characteristics of seedlings of T.chinensis var.mairei in shade resistance and photophobia were elucidated.
