Abstract

Objective:To observe resistance change of housefly to different insecticides in Shiyan city. Methods:Using acetone to dilute the insecticide into different concentrations, 30 houseflies a group, determine 7 kinds of concentration, select 5 kinds of concentration. Drip the insecticide of 1 mL on the housefly's mesonotum (18 mg~20 mg female houseflies of the second generation were experimented). Results:11 kinds of insecticide were bioassayed in 13 years. Pyrethroids was most effective to houseflies. The resistance to orangic phosphonus insecticide kept stable. 666 has been prohibited for years. The LD 50s of Bassa against female houseflies was the highest, as much as 5.345 27 μg/insect. Conclusion:Comprehensive measures should be taken. The main aspects were surrounding management, using insecticide reasonably, reducing the houseflies resistance, controlling the quantity of housefly at a lower level.
