Abstract

The improvement of party's scientific construction is our party's major task proposed by the new great project in the new historical conditions and it reflects our party's clear grasp and understanding on the position of their own history coordinate.The practical path in the improvement of party's scientific construction is theory innovation in thinking level,contact with people,professional's integration,anti-corruption and the fundamental construction lies in the system manages the party.
