Abstract

Our party always recognizes,grasps and applies the laws of party construction correctly according to the actual situations of the world,the country and the party during the period of new democratic revolution and socialist modernization construction as well as during the great practice of reform and opening-up.To sum up the historical experiences of scientific party construction has important meaning for improving the scientific level of party construction and for improving the governing ability and leadership of leading cadre.
