Abstract

The analysis by ISSR on genetic diversity of 222 isolates of B.bassiana from Langya mountains and Magu mountains revealed that 7 ISSR primers chosen amplified a total of 58 fragments,56 of which (96.55%) were polymorphic.He=0.299 3,I=0.459 3.The result of the analysis on molecular variance showed that gengtic differentiation factor Gst=0.128 3,gene flow Nm=3.398 4.Some differentiation may be caused by human selective pressures and barreiers to gene flow. The level of genetic variation of Langya population possessed higher(PPL=96.55%,He=0.278 1,I=0.429 9),while Magu population (PPL=93.10%,He=0.255 2,I=0.382 5) had the smaller level of genetic population.Compared the level of genetic diversity of Dabie mountains B.bassiana groups(PPL=81.00%,He=0.318 7,I=0.478 2).The result showed that genetic diversity of B.bassiana were highest in virgin forest,in less interfered natural forest is intermediate and simplest in pure pine plantation ecosystem. The dendrogram of individuals of Langya mountains and Magu mountains was constructed based on Nei's genetic distance. The close relationship was revealed among the individuals which were collected from the same site.
