On the Value of Economic Law ——From the Comparison of Three Angles

Abstract

Value is one of basic domains of law science. We compare the value of Economic Law with that of Law, Civil Law and Administrative Law in order to find that the value orientation of Economic Law is pursue substantive justice, social benefit and harmony of economic freedom and order. Through this way, we can verify Economic Law as an independent branch of law and have specific existential value.
