Abstract
Economic analysis of law is not a substitute,but a crucial supplement to traditional method of law.Economic analysis of law should focus on the problems which cannot be solved by the traditional method of law.Compared with the traditional method of law,the quantitative economic analysis of law is more objective and reliable.Moreover,economic analysis of law can exert positive influence on studies of branch law.This paper proposes to offer courses of economic analysis of law for senior undergraduates and postgraduates,to use more economic analysis in teaching and researching branch law,and to strengthen cooperation and interaction between law and economics.
