Analysis of comfort and its related factors in hemodialysis patients

Objective To investigate the related factors of the hemodialysis patient comfort.Methods Assessed the comfort levels of 150 hemodialysis patients(dialysis group) and 100 nephrotic syndrome non-dialysis patients(control group),and analyzed the related factors for it.Results The physiological functions,physical function,bodily pain,role emotional,mental health,symptoms and discomfort,kidney disease life scores of dialysis group were significantly lower than the control group(P 0.05).Symptoms and discomfort were the lowest score.Puncture or needle injection,nausea,vomiting,medical support,social or family support were closely related to hemodialysis patient comfort(P 0.05).Conclusion In the course of hemodialysis,nursing factors,adverse reactions,and psychological factors and social factors might be related to patient comfort,should through targeted measures to increase patient comfort and quality of life.
