Abstract
Objective To evaluate the pulmonary surfactant for neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS) treatment. Methods: 100 patients were randomly divided into treatment NRDS group of 50 patients and a control group of 50 patients, two groups were given conventional treatment such as mechanical ventilation,on the basis of the treatment group given intratracheal instillation of pulmonary surfactant,a dose of 100 mg / kg.Results: the treatment group survival rate higher than that of control group,(χ2 = 3.679,P 0.05);the treatment group ventilation time were significantly lower than the control group(χ2 = 5.88,P 0.05);the treatment group after treatment with 6,12,24,48h,PaO2,OI,a/A PO2,blood gas analysis and the control group comparison,(all P 0.05 or 0.01);treatment group after treatment in each period of mechanical ventilation parameters FiO2,VEI,MAP and control group comparison,(all P 0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion: Pulmonary surfactant on NRDS satisfactory outcome,it is worth promoting.
