Abstract
Objective To assess the efficacy Of enalapril+hydrochlorothiazide and valsartan+hydrochlorothiazide in patients with mild and moderate primary hypertension.Methods 180 patients with primary hypertension were randomly divided into A,B groups,A group received enalapril 10mg+Hydrochlorothiazide 10mg,1 times/day,B group received valsartan 80mg+Hydrochlorothiazide 10mg,1 times/day,Evaluation of efficacy of treatment for 8 weeks.Results Dynamic monitoring of blood showed that 24h after treatment,mean systolic and diastolic blood pressure were significantly decreased(P0.001).However,group A than group B blood pressure was significantly lower degree.Conclusion The antihypertensive efficacy of enalapril + hydrochlorothiazide is better than that of valsartan+hydrochlorothiazide.
