Abstract

This paper introduces the basic concept of synchronization network and the main form of network synchronization.Through interpreting the Twelfth Five-Year Communication Network Plan of State Grid Corporation of China,it introduces the guidelines,principles,goals,as well as technical policies and development priorities of power communication synchronous network.The points for attention during the construction are also put forward in the paper.
