National electric power backbone digital synchronization network technical transformation plan

Based on faultiness of the benchmark circuit in state electric backbone digital synchronization network and the poor performance of synchronization network management,a set of practical and feasible technological transformation plan were proposed from optimizing the synchronized network management and the network organization.The paper brought forward the principia and reconstruction policy of building up network layout,explained digital synchronization network circuit structure principia and timing bus of SDH,the technical base for development of digital synchronization network was offered too.
