Abstract
A field experiment was carried out to study the influence of Phosphate fertilizer application rate on yield and nitrate of eggplant and soil nitrate N.The results showed that the yield of eggplant couldn't reduce when the application rate was 80 percent of general rate,but the yield reduced obviously when the aplication rate was 60 percent.Nitrate content of eggplant decreased with the decrease of Phosphate fertilizer application rate in the same period;Nitrate content of eggplant increased with the trend of the time and the fertilizer increase in the same treament.Soil nitrate N was in 0~40 cm layer mainly and was less in 40~100 cm before planting.Soil nitrate N during the period from planting to harvest decreased with application of phosphate fertilizer in 0~100 cm layer.
