Abstract
To improve the capability of low voltage ride-through of direct-driven wind turbine with permanent magnet synchronous generator(D-PMSG),the signal of grid side and generator side power difference was applied to outer loop to keep DC voltage stable and based on the degree that voltage dipped to export reactive power and active power. The simulation results show that the method can improve the D-PMSG wind power system low voltage through capability, limit the DC voltage and increase reactive power output when the grid side voltage dips within the 20%.
