Abstract
Objective:To explore the Ruki technology application value in the chest CT enhancement scanning. Methods:A total of 160 patients with suspected chest lesions who needed CT enhancement scan were chosen and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Quality reference and scanning solution were set up,and the quality reference was 110 mA.In the experimental group,80 cases received 120 kV scanning and sharp shadow technology; In the controlgroup,80 cases received 120 kV scanning without sharp shadow technology. The apex level on the right side of the pectoralis major, tracheal bifurcation level descending aorta and left atrial central level of average pixel values(CT value),image noise(SD),signal to noise ratio(SNR)and contrast to noise ratio(CNR)were measured and calculated;Image quality of the two groups were evaluated by two physicians by adopting 5-point system; The volume of CT dose index(CTDIvol),the product of dose length(DLP)and the effective dose(ED)of the two groups were recorded and compared. Results:Images of the two groups could satisfy the clinical diagnosis. The average CT values of left atrium, central level tracheal bifurcation level descending aorta, apical level of the pectoralis major muscle between the two groups showed no statistical difference(P0.05);Image noise(SD)also showed no statistical difference(P0.001);Signal to noise ratio(SNR)were 15.98± 4.10,18.70±7.79,5.40± 1.69 versus 17.35±4.55,21.12±9.13,6.26±2.27,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);The tracheal bifurcation level descending aorta contrast signal to noise ratio(CNR)in the experiment group and the control group were 24.60±12.07 and 12.43±2.57,with no significant difference(P0.05).CTDvol,DLP,ED of the experimental group and the control group were(4.66±1.00)mGy,(151.74±32.58)mGy/cm,(2.12±0.46)mSv and(6.29±2.10)mGy,(208.14± 80.37)mGy/cm,(2.91±1.13)mSv,and differences between the two groups were statistically significant(all P0.05).The effective radiation dose in the experimental group reduced about 27.15% compared with the control group. Conclusion:Application of Ruki technique to the chest CT enhancement scanning can meet the need of diagnosis,it also enhances the contrast of image well, and significantly reduces the radiation dose in patients, which has clinical application value.
