A Study of Du Fu and the Banquet in Du Fu's Poems

Abstract
Studying and appreciating the alcohol poems and banquet poems,we can not only feel the bouquet but also find many descriptions and records about delicacies.Based on the study of Du Fu's poems,the clues of imperial feast and grand banquet in the Tang Dynasty as well as the recipes of folk family dinner,the characteristics of dietary culture in West Shu and the feature of ancient and modern dinner,together with some master chefs of Sichuan dishes,we reproduced the delicious of the time and finally designed a complete Banquet in Du Fu's Peoms.
