The controlled study of Psychological suggestion and Alprazolam on Venereophobia

Abstract

Objective:To explore whether Alprazolam can improve psychological suggestion on venereophobia.Methods:Sixty patients with Venereophobia are divided into two teams: psychological suggestion without Alprazolam,psychological suggestion with Alprazolam.Before treatment and after 8 eight weeks,patients' mental states are evaluated and analyzed by therapeutic effect evaluation,phobophobia and anxiety in SCL-90 Measuretable.Results: the cure rate and the effective rate of the team with Alprazolam are higher than that of the team without Alprazolam significantly,and the loss rate of the team with Alprazolam is lower than that of the team without Alprazolam significantly.After treatment,there isn't significant difference in phobia between the two teams,but the anxiety of the team with Alprazolam is lower than the team without Alprazolam.Conclusions: Alprazolam can decrease anxiety,improve curative effect and compliance in psychological suggestion on Venereophobia.
