Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of misoprostol combined with oxytocin for preventing postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 68 cases pregnant women with the risk of postpartum hemorrhage were divided into treatment group(36 cases) and control group(32 cases).Control group were treated by oxytocin, treatment group were treated by misoprostol combined with oxytocin.Compared the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and 2,24h the amount of bleeding of two groups. Results Postpartum hemorrhage rate of treatment group(0) was lower than that of control group(15.6%)(P0.05);And postpartum 2,24h bleeding volume of treatment group were less than those of control group(P0.05).Conclusion Misoprostol combined with oxytocin for preventing postpartum hemorrhage has significantly effectual, and is worth for generalization.
