Abstract

This paper introduced the data formats of ArcGIS and MapGIS,studied how to achieve data format conversion from ArcGIS to MapGIS with direct method and indirect method, and analyzed the result and problems of these two conversion methods by comparing the spatial data, attribute data and the topological relations between before and after conversion.
