Concept and practice of unity in the Southern Tang Dynasty

The Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms period is the continuation and development of the Late Tang Dynasty opposite to the splittism.The establishment of the Houliang Dynasty marks some unity of situation of the chaotic in the Late Tang Dynasty.Since then,many of the separate rules take national unity as their own goals and for the reunification of the country varying degrees of effort.Southern Tang Regime also promotes the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms ultimately to the historical process of reunification.
