Balanced Acupuncture Manipulation of Jiantong Acupoint on Treating 50 Patients with Acute Periarthritis of Shoulder

Objective: To look into therapeutic efficacy and specificity of balanced acupuncture for Jiantong acupoint on acute periarthritis of shoulder,to look for the best method of the optimization of treatment. Methods: One patients with acute periarthritis of shoulder admitted by this hospital from selection April 2012 to April 2013 were selected as research subjects,who were divided into the controlled group and the observation group according to different methods of treatment,patients in the controlled group were subject to traditional acupuncture therapy,and patients in the observation group were subject to balanced acupuncture treatment on for Jiantong acupoint,the improvement of shoulder pain,the mobility of shoulder joint and short-term curative efficacy of patients in two groups were compared. Results: The comparison in the relief of periarthritis of shoulder after one and two courses of treatment and one month follow-up,the comparison in the activity function score of shoulder joint after one and two courses of treatment and one month of follow-up,and the effective rate hit P0. 05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: Balanced acupuncture for Jiantong acupoint delivers significant efficacy in treating acute periarthritis of shoulder,and it enables to effectively relieve the symptoms of patients with shoulder spasm of traction pain,promote shoulder joint activities of patients,and improve the quality of life,be worthy of clinical promotion and application.
