Abstract

Objective To search the method, timing and the clinical efficacy for posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation in traumatic cataract.Methods 34 eyes of 34 cases of traumatic cataract were retrospectively analyzed.Results 3 months after operation the naked eye vision were 0.05-0.25 in 11 eyes(32.3%),0.3-0.5 in 14 eyes(41.2%),0.6-1.0 in 9 eyes(26.5%).Conclusion To select the method and timing acording to the situation of the damaged lens could improve patient′s visual acuity.
