Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of anti-point reconstruction in the diagnosis of atypical spondylolysis. Methods Twenty two cases of spondylolysis patients with multiple spiral CT and reverse angle after reconstruction of data processing from September 2010 to September 2011 were retrospective analyzed. Results When no obvious vertebral slip, the normal disc level, easily missed not typical of lumbar spondylolysis, combined with conventional anteroposterior diameter of the spinal canal below the level to extend the levy and three-dimensional image, increase anti-angle reconstruction, significantly increased the rates of diagnosis. Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT combined with inverse angle reconstruction for atypical spondylolysis has important diagnostic value.
